We coordinated mindful yoga classes, healthy meals, and excursions to inspire, nourish, and entertain. All scheduled events require registration. See below for a sample itinerary.
7:30 - 8:30 a.m.
Say “Good Morning” to your fellow yogis over a healthy meal to jump start your day.
8:30 - 9:30 a.m.
Yoga and Meditation
Start off on the right foot by setting your daily intent during a yoga and meditation workshop.
9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
You may use this time however you’d like. We recommend taking advantage of our excursions such as snorkeling (included) or other add-ons including kitesurfing, scuba diving, or a wellness massage (additional fee).
12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
Enjoy a delicious and healthy lunch.
1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Volunteer at a Local School
Feed your soul by volunteering at a local elementary school. Please note: All volunteer activities are optional.
4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Sunset Yoga and Meditation
Unwind at the end of the day with our sunset yoga and meditation session.
6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Energize and refuel with a nutritious and tasty dinner.
You are free to spend your evening as you wish.
